The impact of the transition to a green economy on human capital is causing concern in all countries, minister of labor and social protection of the population, Sahil Babayev, said at a panel during Baku Climate Action Week, Report informs.
"This issue requires the most creative and progressive approaches. In today's globalized world, we face new challenges. They mainly affect people with disabilities. The transition to a green economy is inevitable under the current conditions," he noted.
