Irish Minister: Azerbaijan can balance renewable energy exports

Azerbaijan has the ability to balance renewable energy exports, Eamon Ryan, Ireland's Minister for Environment, Climate, Communications and Transport, told journalists on the sidelines of COP29, Report informs.
"Azerbaijan's technical potential for renewable energy sources is 135 GW on land and 157 GW at sea. I am very happy that in Azerbaijan people understand the scale of renewable energy and want to develop it. The development of renewable energy sources means peace for the world," he noted.
