Innovative project of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Ecology, AZCHEMCO ready for presentation at COP29

AZCHEMCO company is completing the preparation of its pavilion in the green zone of the COP29, Report informs referring to the company.

AZCHEMCO's pavilion will showcase innovative technologies in saline soil restoration and the agricultural sector. Various events will be held at the pavilion.

In addition to the company's management, former US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza, AZERBAZALT President and Founder Rafat Aliyev, Greater Caspian Region President Murat Seitnepesov, XP Group Business Development Director Adrian Staicu, and others will speak at the pavilion.

In April this year, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Landscape Creation and Greening of Azerbaijan OJSC of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and AZCHEMCO.

The project, which the parties conducted over six months, successfully concluded in early November and will be presented to the general public at COP29.

According to the results of tests by the international company "Intertek", the company managed to reduce the soil salinity index from 3.2 to 0.3, and the electrical conductivity index from 9140 to 291.

The company invites everyone to visit the pavilion (B18) in the Green Zone and together take a step towards a new environmentally clean future.
