COP29 president-designate meets with Congolese president

COP29 President-designate Mukhtar Babayev has met with the President of the Republic of Congo, Denis Sassou Nguesso, ambassador of Azerbaijan to Kenya Sultan Hajiyev posted on X, Report informs.

“Joined Minister M. Babayev, COP29 President designate for his meeting with H.E. D. Sassou Nguesso, President of the Republic of Congo. Climate action is one of the bilateral partnership priorities of Azerbaijan and Congo. Brazzaville hosts 1st Afforestation and Reforestation Conference!” Hajiyev stated.
