President-Designate of COP29, Ecology and Natural Resources Minister of Azerbaijan Mukhtar Babayev and Foreign Affairs Minister of Costa Rica Arnoldo Andre discussed the climate priorities of the Central American country, Report informs.
"The COP29 Presidency team held a positive discussion today with Arnoldo André, Minister Foreign Affairs of Costa Rica, during UNGA in New York about Costa Rica’s climate priorities. The Presidency is committed to ensuring an inclusive process in which all parties’ voices are heard," reads a post on COP29 X page.
