COP29 lead negotiator speaks at session of SBM's commission

COP29 Lead Negotiator Yalchin Rafiyev addressed the 14th meeting of the Supervisory Body on Article 6.4 (SBM) organized in Baku, the COP29 presidency said in a post on X, according to Report.

"While commending the work being done by SBM members, the Lead Negotiator expressed COP29's confidence that SBM would do its utmost to finalize the remaining tools and guidance to present to Parties for their endorsement, serving the full operationalisation of Article 6 at COP29," the post reads.
