Assistant to President: Azerbaijan intensively continues preparations for COP29

Azerbaijan is intensively continuing preparations for COP29, Assistant to President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department at the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev told journalists, Report informs.

According to him, along with the public sector, the representatives of the civil society, media, and private sector are participating in the preparations for the COP29 in Azerbaijan.

“Coordination work covers the entire government. Azerbaijan seriously considers the opinions of all parties related to COP29 - non-governmental organizations, academic circles, and international institutions. Within the framework of COP29, specific results are obtained based on the issues presented by them," Hajiyev added.
