Turnover of public catering in Baku rises by nearly 6%

The turnover of public catering in Baku, Azerbaijan reached 600.5 million manats (approximately $353.2 million) in January-May of this year, Report informs, referring to the Baku City Statistical Department.

This represents a 5.7% increase in real terms compared to the corresponding period in 2023.

Legal entities contributed 332.6 million manats (about $195.6 million), accounting for 55.4% of the total turnover.

Meanwhile, the overall public catering turnover in Azerbaijan for the same period increased by 6% in real terms, reaching 801.8 million manats (approximately $471.6 million).
