Tea production decreases by over 15% in Azerbaijan

In January-March 2024, 2,458.8 tons of tea were produced in Azerbaijan.

Report informs with reference to the country's State Statistics Committee that this is 15.2% less compared to the same period last year.

As of April 1, the country had 47.7 tons of finished product inventory, which is 12.8% less year-on-year.

In the first quarter of 2025, food products worth almost 1.4 billion manats ($821 million) were produced in Azerbaijan, which is 12.2% more year-on-year.
