Summit of Gas Exporting Countries Forum to be held soon

A summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) will be held in Qatar this weekend, Report informs via foreign media.
GECF members control 44% of global gas production, 67% of gas reserves, 66% of LNG trade, and 64% of pipeline transportation.
Algeria, Bolivia, Egypt, Guinea, Iran, Libya, Nigeria, Qatar, Trinidad and Tobago, Russia and Venezuela are members of the forum, while Azerbaijan, the Netherlands, Norway, Iraq, Oman and the UAE have observer status.
