Lee Jae-Yong, the owner and chairman of South Korean technology giant Samsung, has been sentenced to two and a half years in prison, Report mentions, referring to foreign media.
The Supreme Court of Seoul made this decision. The businessman was imprisoned for committing illegal acts during the merger of the Samsung Group's two divisions.
