Baku. 26 October. REPORT.AZ/ Extraordinary general meeting of “Sumgait-Ashgarlar” OJSC shareholders earlier scheduled for September 28 was postponed until November 7.
Report informs referring to the official media.
According to information, the meeting to elect members of Observation Council and Audit Committee and to appoint new general director will be held in administrative building of the company located in Zeynalabdin Tagiyev settlement.
Notably, “Sumgait-Ashgarlar” launched in 2004 is a legal successor of the plant with the same name founded in 1966. Its authorized stock capital is AZN 596 004.
