Registration of real estate ownership increases in Azerbaijan

In January-September 2022, the registration of property rights was carried out for 259,798 real estate properties, 18.1% more than in the same period last year, Report informs, citing the State Property Service under the Ministry of Economy.

Primary registration accounted for 63,315 (24.4%), secondary - 196,483 (75.6%). In this period, primary registration increased by 30.3% year-on-year.

In the first nine months of 2022, 26.2% of registered real estate fell to the share of Baku, the rest - to the share of the regions.
