If order exceeds 20 AZN, it will be delivered free of charge regardless of distance. The service is carried out in Baku, Khirdalan cities and Absheron region. Customer can order delivering goods to any location and address he/she wants. After placing an order, a buyer receives a call from our customer service in order to get a final confirmation of an order. Orders are delivered within 3 hours. Payments temporarily may be made through pos terminals or by cash at the door. After, a customer is being called again by the customer service in order to ask if he/she is satisfied or has any complaints and suggestions. In addition, all customers are suggested the 'IZ Kart' which immediately gives 1% of the amount paid back. A customer gets an opportunity to buy more goods or pay utility costs on this money. If clients have any questions that arise during shopping, they can contact the 'Customer Service' in writing.
