Over 13% of Russians traveling by air visit Azerbaijan

In the first quarter of this year, 13.3% of Russian citizens who traveled to foreign countries by air arrived in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing foreign press.
Tajikistan (14.5%) and Uzbekistan (14.2%) were the most frequently visited countries by Russian citizens during the reporting period.

The average price of air tickets from Russia to the CIS countries was 22,385 rubles or about $275. Russian citizens flew to non-CIS Asian countries for an average of 48,344 rubles (about $595) and to Europe for 61,169 rubles ($753).
