Number of border points between Azerbaijan and Iran to be increased

Azerbaijan and Iran have decided to increase the number of border points between the two countries.

Report informs that Iran’s Minister of Roads and Urban Development and co-chairman of the commission from the Iranian Rostam Gasemi told the 15th meeting of the State Commission for Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Iran in the economic, trade, and humanitarian spheres.

The minister added that the documents signed today will help increase trade.

“Today we met with President Ilham Aliyev. At the meeting, we outlined a roadmap for expanding ties between our countries. In the near future, our ties will develop in all directions," Gasemi said.
