Lithuanian firm eyes creating furniture cluster in Araz Valley Economic Zone

Azerbaijan and Lithuania have discussed a furniture cluster project implemented in the Araz Valley Economic Zone industrial park located in Azerbaijan’s Jabrayil district, Report informs, citing the Economy Ministry of Azerbaijan.

The discussions took place during the meeting of the Azerbaijani Economy Minister, Mikayil Jabbarov, with representatives of the Lithuanian company Dominari.

During the meeting, company representatives were informed about Azerbaijan's favorable business environment and the work done towards diversifying the economy. The importance of developing economic partnership with Lithuania and expanding mutually beneficial relations between business entities, including investment cooperation, was highlighted.

The parties also discussed the investment potential of Azerbaijan’s liberated territories and the furniture cluster project being implemented by the company in the Araz Valley Economic Zone industrial park in Jabrayil district.
