Georgia supplies textile products at record-breaking value to Azerbaijan

In January-May 2025, Georgia exported textiles and textile products worth $11 million to Azerbaijan , Report informs, citing the National Statistics Office of Georgia.

This is a record figure for the same period in at least the last 17 years, and 28% more than in the first five months of 2024.

Thus, Azerbaijan ranked 3rd among the countries to which Georgia exports textiles and textile products.

During the specified period, Georgia sold textiles and textile products worth $104 million to other countries, which is 7% less than the figure a year earlier.

In the first five months of 2025, Georgia exported textile and textile products worth $56.2 million to Türkiye, $18.3 million to Armenia, $5.51 million to Poland, and $2.7 million to the Czech Republic.

In 2024, Georgia exported textiles and textile products worth $247 million, of which $22.21 million fell to Azerbaijan's share.
