Georgia's foreign trade turnover up 41%

In January this year, Georgia's foreign trade turnover amounted to $ 1.109 billion (+41.1%), Report informs, citing the National Statistics Office of Georgia.
During the reporting month, the neighbouring country's exports made up $ 331.3 million (+47.6%), while imports - $ 778.1 million (+38.5%).
As a result, there was a deficit of $ 446.7 million in foreign trade turnover, running at 40.3% of the total turnover.
