Georgia increases iron and steel exports to Azerbaijan

In January-February 2024, Georgia exported iron and steel worth $1.15 million to Azerbaijan, 49% more than a year earlier, Report informs, citing the National Statistics Office of Georgia.
During the reporting period, Georgia sold iron and steel to foreign countries for $43.16 million, which is 42% less than a year ago. In particular, supplies were made from Georgia to Türkiye worth $18.9 million, $8.6 million to Egypt, $2.95 million to Ukraine, $2.42 million to Russia, and $1.8 million to Italy.
