Georgia increases imports of construction materials from Azerbaijan

In January 2022, Georgia imported 32,000 tons of cement from Azerbaijan for $1.603 million, Report informs, citing the Georgian National Statistics Office.

The volume of imported construction materials increased by 0.3% year on year.

During the reporting month, Georgia also imported 2,915 tons of iron or non-alloy steel rods from Azerbaijan for $2.153 million, 3.8% more than in January 2021.
