Georgia increases import of building materials from Azerbaijan

In the first quarter of this year, Georgia imported 120,754 tons of cement from Azerbaijan for $3.765 million, according to the National Department of Statistics of Georgia, the local bureau of Report informs.

This is 12.1% more than in the same period last year.

During the reporting period, Georgia imported 11,974 tons of iron or non-alloyed steel bars from Azerbaijan with a total value of $9,338, up 54.4% year-on-year.
