Economy Minister says Azerbaijan's doors open for foreign skilled professionals

Azerbaijan is open to attracting skilled professionals from other countries, Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov stated at the INMerge Innovation Summit organized by PASHA Holding LLC in Baku, Report informs.

“Focusing solely on local personnel is not enough. We are also open to talents from abroad, supported by the ‘Highly Skilled Migrant Program.’ Key innovation competencies are among the main criteria. Do we see a return on investment? Yes, we do,” Jabbarov said.
