China-US trade volume increased by 2.9% year-on-year in January-March to $154.58 billion, said to the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, Report informs via TASS.
According to its data, in the first quarter, China increased exports to the United States by 4.5%, to $115.61 billion. The import indicator from the United States decreased by 1.4% and amounted to $38.97 billion. At the same time, Chinese-Russian trade turnover for the mentioned period decreased by 6.6% year-on-year to $53.21 billion.
