Azerbaijani working at UN gets promoted

Vugar Allahverdiyev, Program Management Officer at the United Nations Office of Counter Terrorism in Budapest, Hungary, has been promoted to a higher position, Report informs.
He was appointed the head of the organization's Regional Office for Southeast Asia in Manila, the Philippines.
Allahverdiyev boasts 17 years of experience with the UN in the field and HQ working for UNDP, UNFPA and UN Office of Youth, and UNOCT.
