Azerbaijan to develop new bill on bankryptcy

A new bill "On Bankruptcy" will be developed in Azerbaijan in the near future, Ramin Garagurbanli, judge of the Baku Court of Appeal, head of the working group on bankruptcy under the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings, said.
According to Report, once developed, the bill will be submitted to the Milli Majlis.
Garagurbanli noted that the number of judges who will work in the field of bankruptcy has already been determined.
