Azerbaijan sees over 6% surge in cost of steel imports from Türkiye

In January-July of 2025, Azerbaijan imported steel worth $55.775 from Türkiye, representing a 6.2% increase year-on-year (YoY), Report informs, referring to the Turkish Exporters Assembly.

In July alone, Türkiye exported steel worth $10.856 to Azerbaijan, which is 39.4% more compared to a year ago.

The total value of Türkiye's steel exports for 7 months rose by 3.1% YoY to 9.615 billion, while in July it fell by 3.2% to 1.370 billion.
