Azerbaijan sees increase in cost of importing furniture by about 14%

In January-November this year, Azerbaijan imported furniture and its components for $99,899,560, up $12,069,200 or 13.74% from the previous year, Report informs referring to the State Customs Committee.

During the reporting period, the cost of importing furniture and its components amounted to 0.78% of Azerbaijan's total import costs.

In January-November this year, Azerbaijan carried out trade operations with foreign countries for $49.217 billion. Over the past eleven months, the share of exports in foreign trade turnover amounted to $36.336 billion, while imports made $12.881 billion.
