Azerbaijan’s steel imports from Türkiye slightly rising

Azerbaijan imported steel worth $18,758,000 from Türkiye in the first two months of 2024.
Report informs, citing the Turkish Exporters' Assembly, that this is 0.5% more than in the same period of 2023.
In February 2024 alone, Azerbaijan supplied $7,823,000 worth of steel from Türkiye, which is 8.6% less than in the same month of 2023.
Overall, the total value of Türkiye's steel exports rose by 15.8% in the first two months of 2024 and surpassed $2.503 billion. Meanwhile, in February 2024, exports grew by 31.2% to $1.386 billion.
