Azerbaijan’s fruit juice production rises by 1%

In January-July of 2025, Azerbaijan produced 2.508 million decaliters of fruit, reflecting a 1% increase year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

Additionally, the production of fruit and vegetable preserves for the specified period reached 94,863 tons, 0.6% lower compared to the corresponding period in 2024.

By August 1, 2025, Azerbaijan had 535,200 decaliters of fruit juice and over 18,284 tons of fruit and vegetable preserves in stock, showing respective decreases of 6.2% and 5.3% compared to the previous year.

During the first seven months of the year, the value of Azerbaijan’s food production exceeded 3.013 billion manats (over $1.77 billion), marking a 10.6% increase compared to the same period last year.
