Azerbaijan's coffee, tea imports increase by 5%

From January through April 2021, Azerbaijan imported coffee, tea, mate or Paraguayan tea and spices for $19.9 million, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee.
According to the committee, this figure is $0.9 million, or 4.9% more than in the same period last year.
The monetary value of Azerbaijan’s coffee, tea, mate, or Paraguayan tea and spices exports in the first four months of 2021 amounted to $3.1 million, which is $0.2 million, or 6.7% less than a year ago.
Imports of coffee, tea, mate, or Paraguayan tea and spices during the reporting period amounted to 0.6% of Azerbaijan's total imports, while their exports equaled 0.05% of the country’s total exports.
