Azerbaijan resumes methanol sales to Bulgaria

In January-March 2025, Azerbaijan exported 90,708 tons of methanol (methyl alcohol) worth $28.25 million, Report informs, citing the country's State Statistical Committee.
This is 24% more in value and 23% less in quantity than the indicator for the same period in 2024.
During the specified period, Azerbaijan sold 26,922 tons (-12%) of products to Türkiye for $8.5 million (+43%), 18,468 tons (-0.6%) to Slovenia for $5.6 million(+53%), 18,434 tons (-0.6%) to Italy for $5.57 million (+57%), 12,369 tons (-46%) to Israel for $4 million (-6%), and 4,153 tons (-60%) to Romania for $1.35 million (-34%).
Azerbaijan has resumed supplies to Bulgaria (4,123 tons worth $1.32 million) after a year and seven months.
