Azerbaijan reduces cost of importing textile from Georgia by 63%

In January 2024, Georgia exported textiles and textile products worth $892,000 (-63%) to Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the National Statistics Office of Georgia.
Thus, Azerbaijan ranked third among the countries to which Georgia exported textiles and textile products.
During the reporting period, Georgia sold textiles and textile products worth $17.73 million to foreign countries (+17%). In particular, Georgia supplied Türkiye with textiles and textile products worth $9.4 million, Armenia with $3.73 million, Poland with $822,000, and Italy with $586,000.
