Azerbaijan raises cost of importing mining products from Turkiye by 53%

In January-May this year, Azerbaijan imported $ 4.299 million (+52.6%) worth of mining industry products from Turkiye, Report informs, citing the Turkish Exporters' Assembly (TIM).

In May alone, Turkiye exported $ 0.787 million worth of mining products to Azerbaijan, 29.2% more than a year earlier.

In the first five months of this year, Turkiye's total exports of mining products increased by 19.3% year-on-year to $ 2.766 billion, while in May, the value of exports decreased by 2.6% to $ 534 million.
