In the first quarter of 2022, Azerbaijan invested $6.34 million in Georgia’s economy, up 2.3-fold from the previous year, Report informs, citing the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat).
During January-March 2021, Azerbaijan withdrew $6.25 million from the Georgian economy.
In January-March 2022, foreign direct investments in the Georgian economy amounted to $568.2 million, 4.3 times more than a year earlier.
