Azerbaijan increases expenses on steel imports from Turkey

In January this year, Turkey's steel exports to Azerbaijan reached $10.649 million, marking an increase of 21.7% from the same period last year, Report informs referring to the Turkish Exporters’ Assembly.

Last month, total steel exports from Turkey amounted to $1.630 billion, up 54.9% year-on-year. The largest steel importers from Turkey were Israel ($165.701 million, up 49.4%), the US ($127.798 million, up 5.1 times) and Egypt ($123.456 million, up 6.2 times).
