Azerbaijan increases beverages import by 61%

Baku. 26 May. REPORT.AZ/ In January-April 2017, Azerbaijan exported alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for $7,594.13 thousand.
Report informs with reference to the State Customs Committee (SCC), this is for $1,848.43 thousand or 32.17% more compared to the corresponding period of 2016.
During the reporting period, exports of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages made 0.22% of total exports.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for $16,715.17 thousand, which is by $6,318.18 thousand or 60.77% more than in the same period of 2016.
The share of these products in total imports was 0.77%.
