Azerbaijan imports 64,000 tons of flour from Russia

Azerbaijan imported 64,000 tons of flour from Russia in the 2022-2023 economic year (from June of last year to July of this year), Report informs, citing foreign press.

According to the information, this is 3 times or 43,000 tons more than in the 2021-2022 economic year.

During the reporting period, a total of 795,000 tons of flour were exported from Russia, which is 50% more than a year ago.

The main customer of Russian flour was Iraq (204,000 tons), followed by Afghanistan (103,000 tons), China (82,000 tons), Azerbaijan (64,000 tons), Turkmenistan (54,000 tons) and Armenia (43,000 tons).
