Azerbaijan exports most non-oil products to Russia

In September 2021, Russia retained the first rank ($64.2 million) on the list of countries, where the most non-oil goods are exported from Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the October issue of the Export Review of the Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication (CERAC).

Turkey came second ($47.7 million) with Switzerland ($19.2 million) following it, the report adds.

We should note that in September 2020, most non-oil and gas products were exported to Russia ($35.7 million), Switzerland ($27.8 million), Turkey ($25.1 million), and Georgia ($7.6 million), and Iran (6.9 million).

In the list of non-oil exports in September this year, urea ($18.5 million) was first, gold ($18.1 million) was second and methanol ($15.7 million) was third.

In September 2020, gold ($25.8 million) topped the list, followed by electricity ($9.3 million) and shelled hazelnuts ($8.3 million).

Export Review has compiled a rating of both non-state and state-owned exporters on exports in the non-oil sector in January-September 2021.
