Azerbaijan - excellent partner for Israel

Azerbaijan, a country that sets itself goals for long-term development, is an excellent partner for Israel, Mayor of the Ramat Negev Regional Council Eran Doron said this on Monday at the Azerbaijani-Israeli Innovation Forum on Agriculture and Education.

"It is very difficult to predict what will happen in the future, but one thing we know for sure is no matter what happens, people will need to be provided with food and water," he said.

According to Doron, Israel is able to extract water even in the most deserted places, the country has all the necessary technologies for this.

According to him, Ramat Negev covers 20% of Israel's territory, the region mainly consists of deserts.
