The FDI Intelligence publication of the Financial Times group has released its TOP-10 rating of countries with high investment potential.
According to Report, Azerbaijan secured the 7th position with a score of 82.05 points.
Cambodia topped the list, followed by the Philippines in second place and Kenya in third.
Key factors distinguishing the countries in the TOP 10 include economic stability, a favorable investment environment shaped by adaptive legislation, and the development of the alternative energy sector.
The study evaluated macroeconomic and foreign investment indicators of the 50 most attractive countries, using data from the International Monetary Fund and fDi Markets, a service of the Financial Times for monitoring foreign investments.
In 2023, Azerbaijan attracted over $2 billion in foreign investments to its non-oil economy, marking the highest recorded figure to date.
