Azerbaijan almost doubles imports of pharmaceutical products

From January through February 2021, Azerbaijan imported 5,200 tons of pharmaceutical products worth $81 million, Report informs citing the country’s State Customs Committee.

Compared to the same period last year, the import volume increased by 2,300 tons (1.8 times) and the monetary value went up by $24.5 million (43.4%).

Imports of pharmaceutical products amounted to 5.03% of Azerbaijan’s total imports in the first two months of 2021.
