Ambassador: Export of Belarusian goods to Azerbaijan tripled

Baku. 27 December. REPORT.AZ/ Exports from Azerbaijan to Belarus grew by 44%, while exports of Belarusian goods to Azerbaijan almost tripled, Ambassador of Belarus to Azerbaijan Gennady Akhramovich said at a press conference.
"The year 2018 has seen a breakthrough in trade and economic relations between Belarus and Azerbaijan due to the intensive work of the intergovernmental economic commission," Ahramovich said.
According to him, the countries are aimed at increasing export potential of both countries.
"For 10 months, the trade turnover between our countries exceeded $ 400 mln on 370 commodity items. At the end of the year, it will be close to $ 450-500 mln. Mutual trade was intensive," the diplomat saod," the diplomat added.
