Amazon has announced the termination of work in Russia and Belarus.
Report informs citing Bloomberg that the online retailer will not deliver goods to these countries.
“Given the current events and the uncertainty and lack of credit available in Russia right now, we’re not accepting new Russian AWS customers at this moment,” a spokesperson for Amazon told the outlet.
The agency said that Amazon is also shutting down access from Russia to its Prime Video streaming service. Now buyers from both Russia and Belarus will not be able to order goods to the territory of their countries.
