Opera and Ballet Theater to host the first premiere of season

Baku. 13 September. REPORT.AZ/ The first premiere of the 109th season will take place at the Academic Opera and Ballet Theater. 

Report was informed in theater's press service, the first demonstration of the opera of the People's artist Jahangir Jahangirov "The fate of Khananda" will take place on October 7.

J. Jahangirov wrote the opera "The fate of Khananda" in 1978 and in the same year was staged in Baku.

In the first composition of the opera, the main party was performed by the late artist, People's Artist Baba Mahmudoglu.

In new structure, the image of the main character will be created by the soloist of the theater, honored artist Ilkin Ahmadov.
