Days of African Cinema to be held in Baku for first time

On May 25-27, the Days of African Cinema will be held in Azerbaijan for the first time, Report informs.

The event was organized by the Moroccan Embassy in Baku as part of the celebration of Africa Day, which is celebrated annually on May 25.

Days of African Cinema in Baku will be held with the support of the Khouribga International African Film Festival Foundation in Morocco.

The purpose of the event is to acquaint the Azerbaijani public with the renewed African film industry, which is represented by a generation of talented and ambitious young filmmakers.

A total of six films will be shown. In addition to Morocco, it is planned to present films produced in Cameroon, Ghana, Mali, Rwanda and Chad.
