New general manager appointed to Hotel Fairmont Baku

George Ganchev has been appointed the general manager of Hotel Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers, Report informs, citing Accor, a world leading hospitality group.

“It is a great honor for me to join the Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers team and be part of this amazing project. I am confident that together we can create an unforgettable experience for our guests visiting Baku and provide them with bright impressions and impeccable service,” George Ganchev comments on his appointment.

As a general manager, George will oversee the operations of luxurious Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers in accordance with the highest brand standards. His responsibilities will include managing the hotel team, taking care of guest happiness and development of the Heartist employee program.

A graduate of Neoma Business School in Paris, George has successfully made his career with Kempinski in the Middle East, Tanzania and Northern Europe. Since 2017, he has worked as a general manager of Ajman Hotel managed by Blazon Hotels. During his thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry, George gained excellent knowledge of international markets and tremendous experience in opening, rebranding and repositioning hotels.
