A meeting of the working group on tourism of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSECO) was held through video conferencing under Azerbaijan's chairmanship and with the participation of representatives of the State Tourism Agency, Report informs.
The opening speeches were made by Jalil Malikov, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Agency, Head of the International Relations Department, and Dimitrios Rallis, Deputy Secretary General of the BSECO.
At the meeting, the Action Plan for 2023-2024, in which Azerbaijan will be the chairman of the organization, was discussed, opinions were exchanged on relevant issues related to the interests of the participating member states in the field of tourism and projects that can be implemented jointly, and the report on the results of the meeting was approved.
It was decided to hold the next meeting of the working group in December. Countries such as Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Georgia, Armenia, Greece, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Moldova, and Ukraine were represented at the meeting.
