The Azerbaijan Tourism Board under the State Tourism Agency has participated in the WiT Phocuswright Middle East event held in Barcelona, Spain.
Report informs, citing the agency, that the event brought together leading representatives of the global tourism industry and innovation leaders to discuss development trends, market dynamics and future prospects in the sector.
As part of the event, Florian Sengstschmid, CEO of the Azerbaijan Tourism Board, took part in panel discussions and shared his views on global tourism practices, Azerbaijan's position as a tourism destination and the country's tourism development priorities.
The discussions covered topics such as destination positioning, regional tourism dynamics, data-driven decision-making approaches and the role of sociological factors in tourism development.
