Russia sees manifestations of aggressive neocolonialism in the behavior of the West, President Vladimir Putin said, Report informs.
According to him, this manifests in the West's attempts to maintain its dominance by any means, subjugate other countries economically, and take away their sovereignty.
The head of state noted that this policy destabilizes the system of international relations: "Such steps are an obstacle to the development of humanity."
